NC Farm Bureau Insurance

We have had a great experience with Farm Bureau. We switched from USAA to Farm Bureau about 5 years ago with a savings of about $800/year. They have been great to work with. They replaced our roof after storm damage and fixed our car after a hit and run. It was a hassle free process on both occasions. Our agent, Faith Gentry has been extremely responsive and supportive throughout our whole 5 years as members. Highly recommend using this company and agent!

Farm Bureau has been great for all of our insurance needs. Faith Gentry is the best agent hands down. She goes above and beyond for her clients, anytime. We recently had a home incident when we were 700 miles away from home. Called her at almost 9 pm on a Friday night, she answered and began mitigation efforts immediately for us. Highly recommend!!

Roto-Rooter discovered water damage under our bathroom and kitchen floors and contacted our homeowners insurance, Farm Bureau, who dispatched an adjustor, who called out a senior adjustor. He looked over everything, spoke with the team from Roto-Rooter, gave me an estimate, told me next steps and even suggested a couple of contractors for the work. Ken was very professional, straightforward, informative and honest, not to mention altogether polite and a pretty cool guy. He said, "Don't hesitate to call if you have any issues, we will help any way we can." Can't really ask much more of an insurance company except to do what they promise, but these guys did a bit more. Peace of mind is a great thing to have. Thanks, Farm Bureau.
