Well stock store but customer service is not good I was check out by a rude older lady name Gail hope too see some more friendly associates

Dr called in meds. Called 2 x came by and was told meds on hold because of cost. Who asked how much they cost. Staff was completely clueless about meds as well as policies in place about medication distribution. No one was able to provide any clear cut instructions as far as follow up and what to do about misdoings meds. The only answer they could provide is we have them on hold. Then I went inside the store where I had the distinct pleasure of standing in line and being invited for 3-5 minutes. Chile just close the store down. Very unhelpful. 0 stars do not recommend.

I have called them because they said I needed to call about a prescription. The phone rang more than five minutes. I got in my car, stayed on the line and drove there and the phone was ringing and no one would answer. Then they said can I help you, I replied answer the phone cause that' me on the line. Completely unacceptable customer service.

You have to give one star just to be able to do a review, because I wouldn't have given them not one star, I encountered 2 ppl had the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen and CVS is slow as a snail. If you want pleasant service and need your medicine in a timely manner CVS is not the place to go.
