        I am frequently in alamance County and when ever possible I try to go to a burlington or mebane location instead to avoid this location. I've had rude experiences with loan officers as well as drive through. The lead teller should also just admit if he doesn't know something instead of guessing. I'd much rather be asked come back when I'm available to sit and talk to some one who knows what they're talking about than be told information I know is inaccurate. it is impressive that one building can have so many rude people. I love SECU as a whole, this location has made me consider refinancing and closing my accounts though.
