Recently I needed the help of Dummit Fradin in regards to a traffic violation I received in High Point. So this law firm doesnt care about its clients! I used them years ago only to realize theyve somehow got my 1 star (should be negative review at this point) removed. I used them for a dui in which I paid 2500 upfront for the firm. In Which they gave me David Hagerty I believe his name was. It resulted in its firm leading me on with this paralegal for 2 1/2 years. The trooper who arrested me couldnt get a warrant for blood work and amongst my parents showing up and and him giving them the paperwork, resulted in it getting lost. So I saw the signature on the paperwork come court time and it looked nothing like mine. I told my attorney this and he literally told me that if I claim. He forged your signature I would be calling him a liar. I have to work with this guy everyday as if thats not a conflict of interest. Later on after I have to plead guilty before a judge who is in MAD (she doubled down on all scheduled punishments even being a first time offender) COI - via Davids guidance, at some point after traveling back and forth from ohio to nc about 10 times. I show up with all of my documents Dotted I to T and low and behold right before first recess my attorney David hasnt showed up. I called the firm and they tell me he doesnt work for them anymore and that an attorney would show up in an hour. This is all after I pay them 5000 total and 2500 upfront before your first court date or they wont represent you. As a result I fire them over the phone! I represent my self in front of the same Judge in which lost her daughter to a dui and is in an avid group called MAD... I show my paperwork in which Im Mis represented as my father whose mind you 30 years older than me and patronized about his speeding issue by this tyrant judge... (without him being there to defend himself), also another conflict of interest. Afterwards I wrote a report to the Bar associations about this misconduct only to have him follow up with a three page doctrine of misleading information about me trying to bribe him. This firm does not do its job. The two guys dummit and fradin you will not get! Update: its been 3 years now and no refund and not even a response from the owner about the scammy service I received. Real attorneys dont do this! Dont fall for their fake educations and law degrees. And until you respond I will continue to update my 1 star review so that people will hopefully not fall for the same scam. Quick side note: I take our justice department seriously and conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner when Im before government or state officials. It pains me to see our justice department and attorneys who uphold and defend the constitution act like such tyrants and hypocrites. Alls Im asking for is the same respect that my hard earned moneys going towards to uphold and defend.. trash..
