        We owned and used the same Rainbow vacuum for over thirty years. Since it was no longer worth repairing, we assumed the smart thing to do was buy another Rainbow vacuum. Rick did a great job explaining the pros and cons for both Rainbow and Ritello vacuum cleaners. We decided on a Ritello and we're very glad we did. It cleans deeper and more thoroughly than any vacuum we've ever tried. It is well made and has a great warranty. Plus Rick let us take advantage of an expired Labor Day weekend sale and gave us a nice trade in for our old Rainbow. No high pressure sales pitch here. Just regular guys making an honest living. Highly recommended.
