My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed on 1/3/24. Excellent, friendly staff. Like others said don't judge a book by its cover. Facility is clean! In and out quickly.

My son had his tonsils, adenoids removed and tubes put in his ears the nurses here were really nice and did such a good job! Before little ones go into surgery they have little portable DVD players for them to watch.

As others have said, the outside of this place doesnt do it justice. The staff was friendly and completely professional. The pre-op nurses (Emily and others) were so kind and helpful. They reassured me. The anesthesiologist walked me through a nerve block that I hardly felt.
Dr. Robert Keller was respectful and positive. The post-op nurses listened and helped me be pain-free before heading home.
I am grateful for the nerve block lasting to cover the surgical pain. I feel like the plan of post-procedural meds and care plan have been amazing so far.
I practice medicine. I dont think there was any bias because of that. I observed the flow of the office and the professionalism at Viewmont myself and was very impressed.
