        This office is filled with rude people. Speak to people with such attitudes and will not let you explain anything. Theres a way to come across to people and explain why things have to go a certain way. They are not customer service friendly and know nothing about kindness.

        I have called , and called , and need to speak to a live person. Yet keep getting hung up on. SMH. We need more live people to handle matters like this. Because then my call would be answered and everything taken care of , Yet now I have to waste gas that I have hardly enough of , to go up there in person. When I could have already taken care of it on the phone.
