I had some new windows installed. The windows look great. This was in May 2020. They took down three shades at the time and I have been calling ever since but no one comes. I was promised that Mike, the owner, would come last week but this is Friday of the next week but still no one shows up. I am 82 years old and simply can not do this myself. Is this a proper way to treat the senior citizens of this community? I paid him as he requested. I did not discover the shades had not been put back because they put them in my dining room until several weeks after all had been paid for or I would have not paid until the job was completed. I think if they took the shades done, which they did, the job would not be completed until they put them back up. I guess once you pay them getting them to do anything you spot later not done is impossible to get done. I would never use them again because of their lack of finishing the job. I do have many more projects I had been considering them for but if this is how they do business it want be with me! Evelyn Arndt
