        Im sad that I need to do this, truly I am. This is my fourth time I have used this UPS location to return items I purchased on Amazon Prime. When I walked in I was the only customer. There were four employees just huddled together chattingmaybe break time. It took 45 minutes to complete my return. That was about the same lengthy time as each time Ive been there before . NOT ACCEPTABLE! They couldnt get a WI-FI connection. Then when they finally did it was using an employee s hot spot on there phone that they had to use. !!!??? This has happened FOUR times now. Three of the employees tried to help over the 45 minutes. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED, PLEASE!!!

        Services and how fast they respond to when I bring my packages in. They are very polite when you walk in they will help you with your packages and mailings you may have and print off my tracking for my packages they also have a wide selection of other things in the store that anyone can use just ask the front desk and they will help you guide anyone.

        Store shuts down to one register 30 minutes before closing. Poor form around Christmas with line out the door. Suggest NOT using this location unless you have 30 minutes to waste.
