Best Choice Roofing (Hickory) did an amazing job replacing my roof! Sales Manager Blake Edmondson walked me through and kept me informed every single step of the way from start to end, and was always available to answer my many questions. Everyone in the office that I spoke with (Josh, Tonya) was pleasant and informative. The roofers were quiet, courteous and respectful of my landscaping, and did an excellent cleanup job. I had an insurance repair that took a long time to acquire funding for. I had other roofing companies give up on working with me, but this compnay was super patient with me and my situation. They did not give up on me and when I got the check, they repaired the roof as fast as they could. I commend their patience and willingness to work through tough situations and save my roof. I sleep better at night since they picked up my case. Sam especially deserves praise because I dealt with him the most. I'd hug that man if I had the chance to see him again. I'm no longer concerned with lingering roof damage because of Sam.

Best Choice just finished replacing the roof on my house and a large storage building on my property. Their work is impeccable. From the initial inspection, which is free, to the massive clean up after they finished, they were professional, informative, timely and courteous. They did everything they said they would and more. The storage building is as big as the house and they completely replaced both roofs in 2 days. I was home the entire time they were here working in unbearable heat and they only stopped once the first day for about 45 minutes to eat lunch and then didn't quit until it was nearly dark They were back early this morning and worked straight through until they were completely finished. When both roofs were finished there was an incredible mess but they had it all cleaned up in a couple hours. I haven't found so much as a tiny scrap of shingle or a single nail. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again for any roofing need. They know their business and they set about doing it with gusto. If you're looking for someone to replace or repair a roof these are the people you want to do it. You can't go wrong with Best Choice!
