Duke's Restaurant and Wine Bar

We were in the basement for a seminar. Not much for the atmosphere, but it wasn't a private dinner. We had 4 entre choices. All dishes were explained in detail prior to choosing. I chose the shrimp, sea scallops & fish. It was probably the best meal I ever had! Excellent salad and dessert, too! Super full because seafood reheated I don't do. You may need a take-home box.

We tried Duke's tonight for the first time. While, our food was delicious.....it took an hour and a half (after ordering) to get our food. Our server, Brandon was awesome....I believe he had the entire restaurant. We had to stop folks for drink refills. It wasn't a horrible experience.....however, the amount of time it takes to get an appetizer, salad and entree is a bit too much for me. And, I nearly froze....the fan was on overhead, the door propped open. Just not lucky in where we were seated!

So amazing! Such a great experience! Josh greeted us at the door and was also our server and he was absolutely awesome! Dukes has an extensive wine list with so many great choices. The regular menu as well as the specials had so many wonderful selections. I had the house salad with blue cheese dressing which was fresh and full of flavor. My husband had the Caesar salad which he loved. For dinner I had the crab cake served with asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and julienne squash and everything was so delicious! There was so much food I brought half of it home and I cant wait till lunch tomorrow! My husband had the sushi grade tuna with fried rice and he loved it. Included with our meal was a lovely dessert sampling , (delicious and just the right size) and we left so satisfied but not stuffed. Go to Dukes! Youll love it (I didnt mentioned how beautiful the restaurant is with super clean bathrooms!) and ask for Josh! Hes the BEST!
