If I could give Kay 10 stars I would! This is my second time working with her. She's so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help her clients. She gives great advice, is easy to work with, and very kind. The few unforseen glitches we encountered, she took care of immediately. You won't find a better realtor in this area!

Kay is an awesome realtor! She is very responsive and accommodating when it comes to setting up viewings and she always has your best interests in mind. She will always give her honest opinion to any questions you may have. I will continue to work with Kay in the future!

Worked with Kay on two different occasions, buying and selling a property in the Hickory area. We are not local so we relied a lot on Kay for help with local contractors for repairs and such (she knows a lot of people!). She goes above and beyond for her clients and gets things handled immediately. If you have questions, she has answers or will get answers for you. She is a straight shooter, will give you her honest opinion while always having her clients best interest in mind. So thankful we were able to work with Kay, she is absolutely amazing!

There are no words that adequately describe Kay's professionalism, kindness and help during the process of selling a house. She was simply incredible to work with and went above and beyond on many occasions.
