Unfortunately, all home care agencies are not fair. Tried working for this company, went through the process 3 times, everything is a go until I am told they will call back with cases. It never happened without explanation. This has happened to several workers. Do not apply here.

The staff is so caring and friendly- genuine! The nurses I have met have been compassionate and caring. The owner is empathetic to patients and understanding with staff. Home Rule really stands by the goal of giving the patient more control of his or her own care.
