HD NAIL LOUNGE

I waited about an hour but one of the Nail techs sit down in front of me got nails and was ready to start and then...they talked amongst themselves and she got up went someone else. Well I asked for full manicure and square tips painted only and ...the lady I couldn't understand and I know she didn't apparently understand me. We went thru it atleast 10 times . BUT I thought she understood well. ...I don't like my whole nail painted but that's what I got and $70.00 definitely wasn't worth it unless these SNS dipped nails last 3 weeks more we will see. Wow the colors aren't even what I wanted had to change them 2 times...well took 21/2 hours. Well I. Upset but I won't make that mistake again!!!

Every time I go its a great experience! My nails go sometimes 3 weeks because of a job well done. My go to for nail and waxing needs! See you guys tomorrow

Just paid 165.00 dollars for a set of nails a pedicure ( a bad on) and a 8 year olds nails to be painted. The owner was yelling at her children who work there in front of customers. She made my daughter bleed, like really bleed. And put ACETONE GLUE on the would that she caused from buffing too aggressively because she was in a rush. The woman who did my pedicure made me bleed too! And sprayed alcohol on my bloody finger. We were there for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Ridiculous! And for this price. This woman should be nice at least! Bad experience we won't be back!
