Aeroflow Healthcare Hickory Office

Was going out of town for an anniversary trip. The person to fit my cpap mask actually met me during closed hours the next morning I called about an appointment, at 7am. I have no clue about complaints from others. From day 1 when I contacted them to today nothing but excellent service. Maybe the other reviewers are talking about other office locations? The Hickory, NC office is amazing.

After waiting 10 months for a CPAP machine, we were desperate and decided to "shop around". Everyone has the same issue with limited machines avilable but Medi Hone Care found a used machine for us, less than 100 hours on it, and they delivered it to Frye CCU where it gave my husband some needed relief. I can't tell you how upset I am knowing Aeroflow had not tried their best to get my husband a needed machine. They had one for him, were unable to rech him and passed him by without contacting his physician or wife. There was no second call. I would NOT recommend that business. Medi Care heard my plight, found a machine and delivered it to the hospital as soon as the paperwork could be completed. Autumn was an angel finding and delivering the CPCP and Michael was very helpful when he arranged for us to have oxygen at home. Aeroflow - bad Medi home helth - good

Too bad they cannot get a minus 5 stars.  Whatever you can do to avoid this company do it.  They bill your insurance for twice the price of cpap equipment and then want you to pay them over the next 13 months more money.My insurance Blue Cross says 100% covered and then they wanted another $560.00.THIS IS MEDICARE FRAUDE IN THE REAL WORLD!  beware and avoid.... Customer service has a "don't bother me attitude!"
