We are currently repainting our house and I have struggled with color choices. Susan came in and assisted with colors in no time at all. We are looking forward to putting the color on the walls. Thank you, Susan, for your assistance!

We are so thankful that Susan agreed to work with us on our new construction mountain build. She was stepping in after our first designer became unresponsive. Im sure it was not ideal for Susan to step in suddenly and have to work with pieces someone else had envisioned but never followed through with! Susan handled everything with a positive attitude. She is very detailed and carefully listens. I highly recommend her.

My client moved to their new home and left the listing vacant. It had been on the market for 45 days, so I decided rather then to leave it empty, to have it staged. I contacted three staging/decorators in my area. Two of the three returned my call. Susan and Lisa with Guest Interiors provided me a great rate and super helpful timeframe. The house went under contract two days after they staged it. Coincidence? I think not! If you are deciding whether or not to stage your vacant listing, I say stage! And definitely use Susan and Lisa, the customer service and quality of their furniture was truly outstanding!
