    When calling costumers services they literrally suck dont know how else to put it been on the phone with them for the last 2 months trying to get them to change my speciality pharmacy they have at least 20 in network speciality pharmacies and for some reason they have bio plus locked in where there is no way of changing to another. something is corrupt! I will be changing to united health care soon.

    BCBSNC denied coverage on a brain MRI a Neurologist said was critical that I get, then sent me a letter telling me they were no longer covering my diabetic medicine because of the rising costs of it. The letter was sent 3 weeks before the final coverage date so I have been unable to get another prescription. They have ignored my family doctors request for coverage on another diabetic medicine. I have been without medicine for 3 weeks now. BCBSNCthen releases a statement saying they stopped covering the medicine because they had to think about the financial stability of the company and they didn't care what happened to diabetics who needed the medicine. This is a trash insurance company that only cares about lining their pockets and not their customers health. Lawsuit heading their way.

    I called to try to get information for my wife because shes pregnant and the representative named Julian answers with no greeting and said "So youre trying to see if you quilify for the subsidy?" with no context and I tried to explain what I was calling for instead of that and he rudely said "Oh okay you dont want to see if you qualify thats fine" and then slammed the phone to hang it up and I received no information at all. If this is how yall are going to treat your paying customers maybe people and businesses should offer insurance from somewhere else.
