Well, I'm still waiting almost a month now with a tree limb sticking through the roof from when a huge tree fell on my home with a couple tarps blocking wind/rain from about 8 holes in the roof. Contractor claims no payment made to them. It's been almost a MONTH!!!

I have been a client for several years and Cynda has always been wonderful, especially when I had to file a claim. I recently got married and we switched my husband from USAA car insurance to CVIA today and saved $900/yr for the same coverage. Max was great to work with!

Our company has had Cynda as a rep for this companyfor 10 or so years. She was great to deal with. Fast response time, friendly and we always felt like she cared. In recent years we have got transferred from one rep to another. Please take note that the other company reps are horrible to work with. Frank especially. Their willing to hang up on you and they dont act like they care. After having Erie so long was hard but worth it in the end to leave to a different company. Remember Catawba County, there are plenty of other insurance agencies that would love your business and treat you right. Go elsewhere.
