CrossFit Catawba Valley

I was new to CrossFit and had a great experience here while I was temporarily working in Hickory. I made a lot of progress in work outs that I had never done before. There is a lot of space and equipment in the gym and a variety of daily class times to choose from. The coaches and other athletes are friendly and instructive and were helpful in identifying modifications to specific exercises to accommodate my experience level

Strongest community of people who are all striving to push each other to their limits!!! I am so grateful to be a member. Come check us out if youre visiting the area. Awesome space with even better people. Ive been coming here for almost 5 months and have never felt this strong. The best gym in the area by far! The coaches are amazing and know how to tailor each exercise to your athletic ability. I have grown so much stronger and healthier since starting at CCV. So thankful I found my happy place here!
