Bob @ Fountain Electric was very professional and definitely knew his job. He came in, checked the breakers, checked every outlet and before he left, everything was working great!! He is such a nice, respectful guy that knows his work and I would recommend this Company completely!!

Never had issues like this until living in the south. It's like you guys are too non chalant about things. Electrician was scheduled from 8 to 12. He calls me at 1:15 to say he's arrived. I said you were suppose to call before arriving. I was already en route and asked if he could wait for me (nope, he's got another client to service) I assumed no one was coming since they didn't call by 12:30 to let me know something. I went on about my plans. I understand being late will happen but If I had to wait, then the people behind me can too! Now we have to wait longer due to your lack of accountability. -No one called prior to arriving. -Showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. -Refused to wait 15 mins on me, if that.

Our bills was quoted prior about $1000 when the service was done it ended up being over $2000. I noticed how they prolonged the service that could have been done in about 4 hours. they added on additional footage where as I measured the space. also i watched him stretch the time. I felt we were over charged tremendously stretch the time so and that they added on to the footage where as I felt I was over price tremendously Services: Ground wire installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation
