        Bought 2 belts, they didnt not fit correctly. Upon returning the belts with the receipt no refund or credit could be returned without the physical card in hand. Most businesses can refund the money to the card account without the physical card present. Now a second trip is needed to return the faulty merchandise. Never again will I shop at BELK in hickory, or BELK in general due to this issue. 3/22/2024.
