Fresh Dental Hickory NC

I have been a patient here for over 6 years and have decided I am not going back. All they care about is upselling and making money. Whether its a fluoride treatment that they dont even spread evenly on your teeth (wasteful), teeth whitening kits, antibacterial gum rinse, or Invisalign (my teeth are extremely straight?), it is never ending and Im sick of it. I let them do like 5 root canals and crowns over the years, who knows if I even needed those. I have no idea what I have needed and didnt, I want a dentist that has my best interest in mind not making money. Almost all of the dentists are foreign and rude. I do not like Dr Johal at all, she does not listen and diagnosis before even looking at you. I told her I had a deep dull pain in one area and without even looking in my mouth she said its residual pain from this problem on the top. She had never even looked in my mouth before or seen me. Well a couple months later another dentist there found a root canal necessary on that same area I had brought up. It is worth mentioning that that Dr Dunning is a gem and is by far the nicest dentist I have ever met and has the best bedside manner you could imagine. Yall need to do whatever it takes to keep him. But I never get to see him any more. They put me with a different dentist every time, last time the dentist they put me with she looked about 20 years old, and asked me if I have thought any more about Invisalign for my perfectly straight teeth and thats when I decided, Im done! Thanks Dr Dunning, will miss you and you alone.

Wonderdul dentistry, theyve came thru everytime in an efficient manner, and always cost effictive!Great atmosphere and works with u in all endeavors.

This place robs your money gave them over 10 grand and still want more I will never step foot in that place again do your self a favor go elsewhere

I would recommend the place to everyone. Their staff is good kind and helpful. The dentist are amazing. They listen to you and try to help you find a way to get your teeth fixed if your on a budget.

I really liked this place until my claim has been charged out of network instead of in network and the office told me that it will get resolved numerous times. It has been two years, and I still receive a bill (from a claim that was processed out of network). I call, email and talk to someone at the office every time I get this bill. I'm just a little tired of asking them to fix it. Front desk ladies and hygienists are nice, but it's frustrating and really scary to be charged with the amount of money that I don't actually owe in the first place. I think I gave them enough time (2 years) to rectify it.
