They are the best builder in the area. Father and son team. They are very knowledgeable. Their price point is very good. Their build quality is awesome. They are not crooks like some builders who build for profit to pay for their million dollar homes.

I am sharing some final photos of our remodel - if you want quality work, DO NOT USE. I have attached some photos of what we walked in to after waiting nearly a year for this to be finished after a quote of three months. We have reached out to David on countless occasions trying to get our final paperwork sent over (they finished in November 2022) with his response saying that he will. We have yet to receive anything. There are apparent "warranties" that we have but we have no knowledge of even who to contact for these atrocious jobs as we have not received any paperwork! The remodel itself was beyond stressful and trying as communication was incredibly poor and no timelines were ever met. I do believe David has good intentions and is a nice man (which is why I am giving this one star), but the quality of what we paid for and had done is very unfortunate. I would go elsewhere for a full remodel or build. The photos attached are just a few small examples of poor quality. The spaces in the flooring are everywhere. If you are only interested in cabinetry, granite, or tile - those were all done well.
