Im not one to make reviews but one of your workers, I think her name is Tallie or something like that, the past few times I've been there shes been very rude and just had attitude and wasn't willing to help. She stared at me when I was trying to find help I said excuse me 3 times and someone else ended up helping me. Honestly disappointed. Normally the workers are very nice but not this time.Lack of customer service.

The worst !!!! First of all the makeup Is expensive !! Then I waited in line 15min . Only 2 girls ahead of me. 1 cashier , lots of people working . They didnt care. Ill try to find another way to buy makeup.

I am 100% honored to review a worker here at Ulta. I am a MUA, went in looking for a new foundation set for my travel kit. I brought in my old ones that were running low and decided to try a new brand. Shemika (I think is her name, beautiful dark complextion woman with an adorable fashion taste.) she greeted me with in the matter of minutes and I explained to her what I was searching for and showed her my older foundation color of what I use most. She spent a good hour with me nonstop going through different brands, different colors anlso searching each tester to get the right shade and even waited to see how the foundation oxidizes to get the best matching color of what I had. I kept telling her I was so sorry for taking so much of her time but she was super sweet and caring about it all. She had helped me so much and any questions I had she answered!
