Elite Roof and Solar - Hickory

Called them with a leak. They responded immediately, sent someone out to inspect the damage and fixed it the same day. Super responsive, friendly, thorough. Couldnt have had a better experience. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

These guys were super quick to respond to an inquiry I submitted about having a leak in my roof repaired. They did a very thorough job in researching where the leak was and what needed to be done to make sure it was repaired correctly. A little back story, my roof began leaking two and a half years ago and another company repaired it. Fast forward to now it had started leaking again in what appeared to be the same place. After calling several places that were completely booked I managed to get one to come out and inspect. I was informed that they only found a small hole and caulked it. That, very obviously, was not the only problem once the next rain came in. My next inquiry was to Elite Roof and Solar and that's where my problems ended. They quickly responded and set up an inspection and actually found several things wrong, including things that were done in the initial build. From the office employees to the guys that came to actually make the repairs everyone was super professional but caring and courteous. They worked until after dark and then showed back up early the next morning on a Saturday just to finish up. I cannot stress how pleased I am with the entire process that Elite has in place.

Elite Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Every step was very efficient from getting an estimate all the way through the last step of talking to their representative who checked in with us after the work was complete. The materials arrived on time and work started promptly after. The workmen were very efficient, skilled, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward!

Rick noticed I was missing a piece of my roof as he drove by. He called me and took care of it free of charge! Now that is great customer service and giving back! Thank you so much! My experience with Elite Roof and Solar was extremely positive. I was thoroughly impressed with Rick Moser from the Hickory location who took great care of me! I was given Ricks name from a friend of mine who also had the same great experience. Rick immediately came to my house the following day of first contacting him and provided me a quote later the same evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the price as I was thinking it would be much higher. Also I was very happy with how fast they did the new roof shingles installation and completed everything in the same day. The roof looks great and the crew did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards! I highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar and Ill recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation! Im so happy my friend recommended Rick and this company as they are first class and will take care of you!!
