I had a backup disc needing data recovery. Very satisfied with the process an Eds keeping me informed of the progress. Second time I have used Union Square Computers over several years. I will definitely use them again.

Ed is a whiz with computers. When my mac work computer needed servicing, the company's IT department said it couldn't be repaired and would need to be junked for parts. I took the "discarded" mac to Ed and in less than a week he was able to complete the repairs so it worked better than it had in years and at a very reasonable price. Ed explained it was a very straight forward issue and was puzzled as to why the IT department couldn't repair it. I got many more years of use out of it. Love my Mac!
Ed has worked with my equipment for many years. You can trust him to do incredible work at a fair price.

Ed did a great job on figuring out an intermittent problem with my MacMini. He was very easy to work with as well as timeline in communicating through the process. He figure out that was a fatal hardware issue that could not be fixed. After we discovered that my computer was unfixable all I was out was a small diagnostic fee. When I asked Ed about it he said that was the fee but no more if he couldnt return a working computer. I know it took bunches of hours to find the problem. If I needed his services in the future I would not hesitate to bring it in to Ed.
