        I have used this wonderful chiropractor for almost 20 years. He's great! He is a gentle manipulation chiropractor using BioRestotative and KTS Zone techniques. (I think I'm remembering these names correctly.) He has a Quest scan machine to check your body's electrical systems. Muscle stimulation is used then needed, laser therapy, and some type of vertebral/nerve stimulation that has been very helpful for me recently. Sometimes I go weekly, monthly, or not at all for a few years. My husband, adult daughter, son-in-law, my sister and her kids, and my mom use Dr. Russell. I've used other chiropractors that were closer to work, but they just don't compare. I very highly recommend Dr. Tom Russell.
