I was dealing with all kinds of custody issues me and my ex worked out custody arrangements without going to court. Shell Pearce showed up to court twice for 30 min maybe. Got my cases continued constantly and then when we settled out of court without using attorneys refused to refund the $5000 dollars I paid him for custody and when I confronted him with it he said I charged you a flat rate there is no refund. And then went on to tell me that he would forward all my files to me and withdrawl from all my Cases. And communication was never there. I don't understand how anyone runs a business with so little communication. And then cheats people out of money. If you have money to be cheated out of I'd call him. Or me I would atleast communicate with you to make you think you were getting what you paid for ......

Mr Pearce is hands down top notch when he isnt dealing with BIGGER cases! Didnt show up to 2 of my husbands court dates due to BIGGER cases but when he did show he did exactly what needed to be done! Definitely recommend Pearce!

**Before reading this post know that I speak on behalf of more than 3 individuals whom are/were represented by this law firm.**
Shell Pearce is just awful. Anyone looking for an attorney for any reason whatsoever, please do yourself a favor and run the other way. This law firm fails to communicate in every single way possible. There is no such thing as getting ahold of someone via phone to get an update or ask a question. Oh Ill just email them you sayWRONG!! If you want an honest opinion below are the average times you will wait to hear back from them.
*Phone Call: Never (They will not respond any calls, even if you leave a voicemail)
*Email: (If youre lucky youll possibly receive a return email after 7-16 business daysand once again thats if your lucky.
