Rachael Le Clair Law Office

I was recommended to Rachel by many, many people. I was eager to get some relief and help with my case (custody). I know all cases are different and every lawyer has the right to give their honest opinion, but I am giving this review to say that she is not for everyone. I went to my consult, with $3,300 cash in hand - break down of $300 for the consult and her minimum of $3000 to hire her as your lawyer per case. Leaving her office feeling defeated and not counseled in any helpful direction as she told me there was nothing she could do at the time, I paid the $300 for the consult. Immediately after leaving, I called another attorney, scheduled a consult, got an emergency no-contact order within 24 hours, and a plan was set in place for modification of my custody schedule. Rachel is very professional and knowledgeable about NC Law, there is no doubt, but I do encourage you to make sure that your attorney will do everything to make you feel comfortable and fight for you.
