For such a stunning venue, we found the price was extremely affordable which was an extremely important part of wedding planning for us. Lacy and Zan were exceptional, ensuring every detail was flawless, from planning to execution. They had many options for add-ons that helped us truly customize the wedding to be our own dream come true. If you're seeking a venue that combines natural beauty, exceptional service, and attention to detail, Cabin Heaven is definitely the one to choose. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we highly recommend this venue for couples looking to create unforgettable memories.

I wish I could say this is a great venue, but any bride to be needs to run. Do not fall for the gorgeous views or price. You get what you pay for. The owners are the most unprofessional people (Im sure youll see an example with their reply to this), almost refuse to communicate (theyll respectfully disagree), and then blame the customer. It will take weeks to get an email response and then only answer half the questions (they blame the busy season for the reasoning to take 10+ days to respond). They will say they will get back to you and never do. I had made my deposit with this venue and had asked for a contract on multiple occasions and was never given one. I had asked simple questions regarding guidance of what they offer in their package and they suggested I upgrade and spend more for their planning service when Ive planned it all on my own. You will be treated as an inconvenience and an annoyance. Glad I switched venues before it was too late.

If you're dreaming of an intimate wedding in a rustic and enchanting setting, look no further than Cabin Heaven, where owners Zan and Lacy work tirelessly to transform your special day into an absolute fairytale. From the very start, Zan and Lacy proved to be very flexibility and responsive. They not only listened attentively to our vision but also went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was executed. One of the standout features of our experience at Cabin Heaven was the unexpected and thoughtful gesture of additional decorations provided by Zan and Lacy. These charming embellishments added an extra layer of magic to our already picturesque mountain surroundings. It's these small touches that make Cabin Heaven an exceptional venue for those seeking a personalized and magical wedding day. During our visit, Zan and Lacy graciously took us on a tour of their property. They were incredibly responsive to our numerous questions and concerns, providing timely and helpful answers that eased our planning process. Cabin Heaven was perfect for our elopement turned micro wedding. We did find ourselves wishing for a package option catering to slightly larger gatherings. Perhaps a package designed for around 35 guests would fill the gap between the intimacy of a micro wedding and the grandeur of a 100-guest affair. Nonetheless, this minor detail did not overshadow the overall excellence of our experience. In summary, Cabin Heaven, with its charming owners Zan and Lacy, is a venue that exceeds expectations and makes wedding dreams come true. Their flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a magical atmosphere ensure that your special day will be nothing short of perfect.
