Thank you to Dr. Birch and everyone who helped us recently. It was one of the worst nights of our lives with our dog. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind and caring.They made all the difference in an unbearable situation. We couldnt recommend them more.

Money Driven Business. We came to the hard and emotional decision to put our 15 y/o dog down. We brought him to apple valley animal hospital which we had been taking our dogs for 5 years. They refused to put him down (his mobility and eating were degrading) because they said his eating could be improved by giving him medication, bloodwork ($400) then a surgery (unknown amount) to take out most if not all of his teeth. The vet completely disregarded the fact my dog was peeing on the porch rather than going down the steps and walking sideways and he didnt even know what if any medication my dog was on.

Staff was great and the doc was able to assess and dx something that I had been worried about but had forgotten, something which had not been addressed by two other vets. All else was good too.. Im very happy to have a good relationship with a good vet and her staff. Ty
