If I could give negative stars I would. I reserved a 26 ft truck for 2 weeks out, for a Sunday AM. I chose the self service option, get a confirmation email with instructions. Arrive to location on Sunday at time of reservation and not only is there no 26 ft truck on the lot but there is no self service option and the location is closed until Monday. I called the 1-800 # and waited for 20 mins then finally got someone who just said I dont know what happened, must be a computer error. Didnt apologize, didnt offer any sort of % off and to help me find another one. We ended up dishing out $250 to get a Penske last min bc we had family and friends waiting on us to help move.
