Good afternoon I am pretty sure you have us mistaken with another company. We are a small family operation with one driver and that is the owner. We keep record of every tow we do with the name and vehicle. After reading this review last night I was very confused I just couldnt understand where you are coming from.I went through the log of every tow we have done all the way back to October. We have never helped anyone by your name and as far as damage and the rude and ugly is not what we are about at all and anyone in this community will vouch for that. And recent we were not even towing for days due to ilness in the family. We strive to perform a professional service and the reason we dont have employees is so we dont have to deal with damage. We have done this for 20 years and good at what we do. Obviously if you have a damage concearn you would have come to us versus writing an ugly review. . I also see you wrote 28 reviews last week for places most of business one wouldnt review, but I see you have earned local guide and 4291 points now so congrats on that. Once you figure out that you made a mistake we would greatly appreciate you removing this false statement. Please feel free to call me at any time if you have any concearns with my business.
