        Total scam. I drove all that way and wasted gas only to learn that they are not taking any more people FOR THE REST OF THE TAX SEASON. That information should be posted on their site so you do not waste your time , money and efforts.

      We are sorry that we were unable to help you. There is an online appointment system and a phone back-up system for those who have trouble using the online system. Unfortunately, we have a limited number of volunteers, and cannot accommodate all of those who arrive for our free service without an appointment. Additional volunteers would have allowed us to help more taxpayers like yourself, and we hope that next year we will have more volunteers and will be able to offer more appointments.
