    Not the best experience, I'm afraid. Multiple issues, and I've decided to share my thoughts in case it helps someone else. I found that Cameron would oversell and under deliver. Examples include leaving during the home inspection (I was an out-of-town buyer and couldn't be present myself, he had promised the be there) and forgetting entirely to schedule a sewer inspection (once discovered, one couldn't be rescheduled within the remaining Due Diligence period). Ethical issues as well, including reneging on a promise to assist with sewer repairs (verbal, not written and he then claimed it never happened) and criticizing me to the seller's realtor (he didn't realize that my handyman was listening). You've been warned.

    I want to SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about how much we LOVE the two Keller Williams agents we just used for selling and buying. This process can be daunting and confusing, but we chose the right dream team who walked us through the whole process and made it a fun, dare I say easy task. I am writing this because choosing an agent can be hard, and when I have an amazing business experience, not only do I want to share, I feel its my responsibility to tell people about it. We chose Cameron Kennedy with Keller Williams as our listing agent here in Hendersonville. Hes also a buyers agent. Cameron came to us very highly recommended from a friend of ours whos a local, downtown business owner. From the time we met him, we knew we were making a sound decision by placing the sale of our beloved home in his capable hands. Cameron is a seasoned, local agent & a true go getter. Both he and his wife are heavily involved in our community he even volunteers at a local elementary school briefly every morning. (Side note...I am 100% sure all Keller Williams agents are recruited from Chic-fil-A because they are 100% that awesome.) Real estate is Camerons primary occupation. Hes not dabbling in it on the side haphazardly. He makes you feel like youre his only client. You dont want an agent who can only take you to see houses on a part time basis. Youll miss out on a lot of homes. Camerons availability and responsiveness is refreshing. He wont tell you hes busy and then be seen later in the day wearing golf shoes. You and your home are his main concentration. Cameron is half of a two-man team along with Dallas Ducote, so essentially youre getting two amazing agents. Both Cameron + Dallas walked though our home together & after examining it closely, they agreed on a listing price well above what we ever imagined. Sometimes agents quote you a high list price to hook you or get your business, but thats not the case with Cameron. After studying comparable listing prices in our area and taking into consideration the aspects of our home, he produced a well thought out number. We just went under contract for full asking price. If you need a realtor in NC, he is absolutely your guy. Heres why we love our buyers agent in Greenville, Jennifer Hubbell. Shes also licensed in NC, so there ya go. Two amazing realtor choices. Jen was referred to our family by Cameron. We are SO HAPPY we took his suggestion. She showed us home after home & her availability and responsiveness was always impressive and so appreciated. She handled our energetic boys (4 years old and 2 years old) attending every showing with love & patience, oftentimes wrangling them so we could focus on the home more. She is the absolute best of the best. Jen is in a leadership role at Keller Williams & she really is the cream of the crop when it comes to agents. One weekend we stopped for gas (because we were driving all over the county) and she walked inside to buy our kids donut holes as they were totally over the trip and ready to go home. They perked right up and got through the next couple home tours happily. She submitted an offer on our dream home two nights ago at midnight because there was another offer on the home and we wanted to get ours in FAST (she's amazing, guys) & we are now under contract projected to slide right into it just in time for Christmas. Jen also recommended we use Keller Mortgage. When you use a KW agent and go w/ Keller mortgage, they waive the 1% mortgage origination ($2,070) , underwriting fee ($875), processing fee ($625) and they give you $1,000 towards closing -- a total saving for us of $4,570, bringing our closing costs to UNDER $2,000. We would HIGHLY recommend Jen to anyone buying or selling a home. She is not only a stellar realtor, she's a kind, genuine human being we now consider a friend.
