Ron's class was wonderful. He is absolutely one of the best instructors I've had. He takes difficult material and teaches in such a way that it makes it easy to understand. He covers everything you need to know to pass the test the first time. Will definitely be taking my post-licensing courses with Ron.

Great class! I highly recommend. Ron breaks down the complicated world of NC Real Estate into easy to digest chunks, complete with real life stories from his many years of experience. I only wish he did post-licensing courses as well so I could learn from him again. Thanks, Ron!

If you want to get well prepared for a career in real estate, this is definitely the place! Ron Climer has been in the business for a long time, and incorporates plenty of his past experiences (along with jokes!) into his lessons. He has literally seen it all in the real estate world. The class size is small and very orderly. Pay very close attention to Ron's study guide. That is the key to passing the school exam.

Ron's class was fantastic!
I cannot recommend his class highly enough! It was incredibly informative as well as a lot of fun.
I graduated college many years ago and getting back into the classroom was not something that I was particularly looking forward to but Ron changed all that.
He's cool, he's funny and he is a great teacher!

I am a student at this school and I am not pleased. I have been sent my schedule, but no communication on why I haven't been sent the password to join class via virtual. I have been up to the school numerous times to see that no one is there. I have called and left voicemails as well as emails. I reached out via email to the professor as well more than once and didn't receive any response. I had a death in the family and had to put together a funeral after that was all over I am now wondering where did administration go and if I can't go to class/take my tests I need my money back. This is bad business. I will be doing something about this because it's not like I'm getting paid to go to school. I put my money into this to obtain a licensing for a career. This is my life and I will not allow anybody to play with it.
