        Vess Harper was our property manager. I would not recommend her or Caldwell Bankers. Be aware that they block off one day before each reservation and one day after each reservation for COVID cleaning, which greatly reduces the days available to rent your home. The real reason that they block these days is because they are located in Hendersonville not lake Lure. They are unwilling to modify this at all. We complained about this policy and we were immediately dropped from their management in the peak of the season! I had to threaten legal action to get a refund on VRBO subscription that was paid to them! This is the first time I have ever written a review of a company. There are better options if you are a Lake Lure home owner who is thinking about a property manager.
