        I dropped my car off there on a Monday evening and was told it would be ready Thursday. By Friday at 4:30, no word from them at all. When I called, Scott lied and said it wasn't quite finished. When pressed, he admitted the guy had not even started on it yet and said he would not have it ready until Monday, which meant no car for the weekend. This is a horrible way to do business and they will not get any more of mine. Update: Tried to call the GM as requested. Was put on hold so long the phone system hung up on me. Called back and was told JW was in a meeting and would call me back. As of yet, no response. Customer service starts at the top.
