Kaizen garage

We had a small problem on our RV engine so we stop by this garage and someone check it as soon as we arrived ! He was really nice he took the time to check our oil, transmission fluid and tighten our drive belt! Thank you very much :)

I'm a Dad who lives in the Midwest. So when my daughter's car broke down near Hendersonville NC, on Christmas Eve, it threw me into a little bit of a panic! She got it towed to Kaizen garage where Tony worked on it. Now, understand that I live in Iowa and I'm texting and calling some guy I have never met. He immediately put me at ease with his courteous and professional demeanor. He gave me an estimate and time that it would be done and he nailed both! Customer service like that is very hard to find in today's world! I sincerely hope the people living in and around Hendersonville NC, know how lucky they are to have such an honest business in their midst! Well done!

I took my car to Tony for a transmission fluid change and to get all my engine mounts replaced as well as my tie rod ends. He had this done very quickly and was super professional. He also advised me that my tie rod ends did not need to be replaced. Honest work like this is hard to find now a days. I highly recommend this shop.
