Mr. Villa and his crew have provided an absolutely beautiful patio created with pavers. It is breathtaking! Everything about this project was excellent. The work was timely and well conceived. I had expected working with contractors during this time that my experiences would be meh and my costs high. I've been pleasantly surprised but never moreso than with Fernando Villa and his crew. He's a nice hard working and skilled guy who has a good crew, does good work, is priced reasonably, and stands behind his work. He successfully graded a gravel driveway to aid with drainage, diverted water going into the home's crawl space with a classy retaining wall and grading, and he layed gutter pipes and redid a foundation drain.
