As a first timer in a box, I was nervous about going to a HIIT or CrossFit class. I was at ease instantly when the coach asked mine and my wifes name, introduced us to the regulars, and then began to offer encouragement and proper technique so we could work out safely. The owner even partnered up with us during the first HIIT workout and guided us through each exercise. The genuine nature of the owners and coaches is outstanding! If you are looking for great coaching and to get stronger, check it out!

Dropped in here while in town. Loved it, awesome coaching and welcoming atmosphere. Great equipment, clean space and the space is huggggeeee! Coaches encouraged and coached the drop ins just as much as their regular members! Out of the 4 boxes Ive dropped into, 2nd one in Hendersonville And 2 in Myrtle beach SC, Summit was probably my favorite.
