        Our selection of Pacos Design Studio turned out to be an excellent choice for our shower rebuild. He has teams that specialize in each individual aspect of the job. His team does any and all work the job requires. There is no looking for other contractors to do various tasks, (such as drywall, wood work or glass, etc). Each teams is very professional and demonstrate excellent craftsmanship. The quality of the work was exceptional. Paco was very responsive to changes or other requests. We are very pleased with the finished product. We would highly recommend Pacos Design Studio. Services: Tile work installation, Tile design services, Drywall repair

        Paco Designs has been amazing to work with from start to finish. They are very responsive to requests, showed up on time and completed their work on schedule. We will certainly use them for other projects.

        I had them do an estimate on my bathroom, granted it's a small area and the lady was supposed to have designed it and give an estimate, I'm still waiting months later with no answer .I did try to reach out several times and just kept getting the run around they really just should say we only do big projects for people who have money to spend.

        Met with Paco about a tile job. He said he could do the job and would send me more information about the cost, how long it would take, etc. I was anxious to get the job done, however he never even bothered to give me an estimate. If he is too busy to do a job, why would he not just be honest and say so?

      Mr. Quattlebaum, We met on May 23rd to review the bathroom renovation one more time. During our meeting we talked about what you wanted to do now with your bathroom, since you mentioned that you didn't like the last drawing and didn't agreed with what our designer wanted to do 3 years ago. After you said that, I said that I would draw a new layout for the shower area and after you had a chance to review it and we got your approval on the new layout, we would create a new quote and we agreed on that. When we were leaving your house you told me that you were going to be out next week for a month and that's where I misunderstood or assumed things incorrectly, I thougt you wanted to meet after you came back. I received a call from you to my cell that I missed, which later on I returned your call but I was sent straight to voicemail. I forgot to to call later after that. My apologies that you felt this way, but that was not my intention to make you feel that we weren't interested on doing your job.We appreciate your business through out the years and we look forward to continuing doing business.
