        My sister and I hired STEAC to help us empty our parent's home of the contents after their passing. It was a massive undertaking. If it had not been for STEAC I do not know what we would have done. They set up online auction and handled every detail. Rob, Miranda, and Teresa came to the home and took multiple photos of each item to list for sale. I got my times mixed up, but Miranda graciously came a day early to begin work accommodate me since I live out of town. She also returned to photograph and list items that were overlooked (once again my mistake). Before the auction ended STEAC offered a "Preview Day" to allow buyers to come to the home and see the items. When the auction concluded, Miranda and Teresa organized the pickups and even sold additional items for us. If you need to downsize or completely empty a home then STEAC is definitely my recommendation.
