DO NOT USE KELLEY PUMP SERVICE!!!
I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Kelley Pump Service. They fixed a water hydrant for me about a year ago. A few days after they fixed it, it broke. I called them right away. I left over five messages, my husband left over five messages and my new plumber called and text and also left a message for the owner Aaron Kelley, which was never returned. They charged me $375 for that repair and did not fix it properly and then ghost me and others when we tried to get back in touch with them about it. Seems like they are a “take the money and run” kind of business. They obviously don’t guarantee their work. Stay for away from them!

We had an emergency call yesterday and the office and the crewcame quickly. They were very professional and fixed everything. I always call Kelly when we have a water problem and i recommend them always. Thank you Kelly staff for your great service.

These people are friendly enough but they do not know what they are doing. I am on spring water with a jet pump and my pump would not switch off it was going on-off-on-off. . I had one of the old tanks the galvanized steel and I had had it welded because of a hole. Kelly Pump said that the tank could not get air because I had welded it and talked me into a new tank. The pump was still doing the same thing after the new tank was installed despite four calls to Kelly Pump. I talked with the owner and he refused to make it good. The pipes were not aligned properly and kept leaking - they did come out three times to fix the leakingleaking pipes each time sending me a bill for 86.00 in addition to the 400.00 I had paid them for the tank. They claimed the pipes were leaking because the pump was getting hot but the pump could not get hot because I could not let it run. They also told me I did not have enough water but the tank is full. I think their plan was to keep adding things for additional fees. I finally had to call a plumber and have the system re-plumbed at an additional cost of 300.00. I am a 80 years old so I guess they figured I was an easy mark. Kelly Pump are scam artists.
In response to their response once the plumber put the system back the way it was supposed to be the pump held pressure. There was no underground problem. I think the plumber thought I did the work myself it was such a mess non of the pipes were in a straight line and each jagged connection leaked. When I told him Kelly Pump did the work he gasped. It was not one pipe leaking after they left it was one a day They would come out and slap some more glue on and bill me another 86.00 and I would be calling them back the next day because the next pipe was leaking. I had been working the old system myself for twenty years so I knew enough not to let the pump run continually so it did not get hot. They had one excuse after another first it was the tank was bad - they rep[aced that and the problem still existed then they said the water was running around the tank which it does but that was not the tanks supply that was from three other springs in the area - now they are trying to say it was an underground pipe. They are liars they thought I knew nothing because I called them for help so they figured they could keep inventing problems and collect big dollars doing it. To do it to an eighty year old lady is really shameful.
