worst urgent care Ive ever been to. I called at 2:44 she told me I could bring my son in they were just packed and had a wait (which really I dont even have to call because Im not seeing a primary care doctor its a urgent care and you walk in and are seen but didnt wanna go and have issues) Then I go in at 3:30 she tells me they wont see my poor sick three year old baby because they stopped seeing patients at 2:30. the lady at the front desk was who I talked to on the phone, she flat out lied to my face & on the phone saying I could bring him in. To make it worse was rude and didnt have an ounce of remorse. If you cant work in the public where its high demand dont.

If I could give it zero, I would. Kay Hayes has repeatedly given me incorrect information, and misdiagnosed me and my kids multiple times.
Every single time I've had to go to this urgent care, I've ended up at the kids dr with a completely different diagnosis 3 days later.
Also expect a 4 hour wait in the lobby, and another hour in the room before they see you. Then they will test and say "be back in 15 minutes" and come back 45 minutes later. Then they will say "it's negative for strep, so rather than testing for flu or covid or any other uri we are just gonna say it's strep".

Unbelievable.. These dumb dumbs can't be bothered to update their voicemail or hours in Google to reflect the fact that they are closed. Because yeah, people who need urgent care should drive 45 minutes instead of these people taking 5 minutes of their time to correct their hours. They did leave a sign on the door. Good job on that.

Had my last straw with Erlanger Express Care. My son was brought there right at opening due to being very sick, throwing up, etc. He was brought back to a room, swabbed, and pretty much forgotten about while he was violently throwing up and about to pass out. Tried to get help during this time and no one seemed to care. Finally gave up on them helping after getting wildly upset with them, demanded his paperwork, and took him to Union General Hospital for care...worst care ever, especially for kids.
Added note: this is not just a one off, this is how it goes almost anytime I bring one of my kids there and has been since about 2020-2021.

I went yesterday right before they were closing because I was having an allergic reaction to some medication. They started checking my pulse at the counter and got me back right then. Kay and her team were great! Two shots later and I was feeling somewhat better. They kept me a little longer to make sure I was good to go, even though it was end of day and I know they were ready to leave
