Quite a good gent who runs this operation. I have to compliment his patience and demeaner when things did not go as planned and I do appreciate how he hung in there and got the job finished. Not a lot of places have good customer service like this so I give these folks a hearty thumb's up.

Took them 3 months to replace my seat covers in my car. I will never go back to them again

I brought my headrest for my 2003 Jaguar SType and the woman Jackie and I looked in the Jaguar Leather section of her leather fabrics binder to match the color she found the color and the collision company took the car seat over to their establishment. They took 3 weeks to make it. When I picked up my car they made a biege color drivers seat cover, it is poorly finished, and she insists that's the color I picked they don't answer the phone and she refuses to admit to the mistake, plus the seat feels like vinyl which she constantly tried to sell me. I am taking them to small claims court and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau am suing in small claims court for my hard earned money they charged $1000.00!!!
