100% do not recommend renting through them. We lived at the property for less than a year, moved due to military reasons. Im a clean freak and kept the home immaculate. They charge a $300 cleaning fee, which we paid upfront. I had to scrub the home top to bottom before we could move in. Then they charged and extra $60 when we moved out. The people before us had a dog (which you could tell throughout the home). Including stains in the carpet from the pet. We had the carpets professionally scrubbed when we moved out. They also hung up things with command strips which tore the paint off the walls. But they charged us $150 for touch up paint and blinds?! We had no animals in the home and left with no damage. Not to mention we moved out in the middle of November and didnt receive our deposit until the middle of January. When I spoke to the office weeks ago I was told I would get my full deposit. I will say Brittany is very nice and responds well. Susie on the other hand. Just read the other reviews

John Vesco has nothing to do with the Rentals that is separate entity. I stress that if anyone would like to personally contact me because there is two sides to every story and pictures to show. Rentals are a difficult adventure, and we strive to be fair and honest. John Vesco is a retired Marine. He takes care of his clients. You cannot get someone with more experience and knowledge in this area. John Vesco has alway's cared about his clients.

It has now been 2 months since moving into my first house at the time of this review. The extra effort and communication was much appreciated. Got recommended Brandi from a coworker, and have kept it in the back of my mind to recommend her to the next one looking for a realtor.
