Quality Inn near MCAS Cherry Point

This hotel is an older hotel, basic but clean facility. What I appreciated was the customer service of the front desk. Led by Ms. Angela Yates, Shannon, Christina, and Katlyn are phenomenal. They go the extra mile to provide you with anything you need. I have seen Ms. Yates and Shannon fill in for housekeeping and laundry. They are extremely hardworking and dedicated.

I checked in hotel on 1/8/2024 the first 2 weeks was ok, then after that I started getting bit different places, spoke to manager stated it probably from the fleas, they had 8 dogs on my hall way in different rooms of the bottom floor of only 25 rooms, they sprayed that same day and change my bed covered, 2 days later I got bitten worser...The staff did what they was supposed to do it is the owner, a hotel is not a dog kennel there should a limit to everything, also some of the guess had leashes on there dogs but the leashes was on the ground and one was a pitbull which lucky it was more scare of me than I was of her...the owner tried to stress to me her dog is a baby and she won't attached, since when dog has had the mindset that I not going to attached you just because the owner says so...but again the staff they were courteous and was helpful, also it is they have the worst internet ever, constantly getting kicked off have to call IT all the time....I checked out on 2/24/2024

The showers in each room are excellent. And the breakfast in the morning is not bad but it is good. Rooms: The rooms are clean the bed is very comfortable and the showers are excellent to get into. Safety: They care about your safety and they have video cameras just about everywhere even Inside the Hotel itself and on the outside as well and it's well lit.
