Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Mike Sprague, AAMS

Have had other financial advisers in the past and none were as attentive to my financial concerns as Mike and his assistant Dee Dee. Since they have taken over my account it has a lot more attention then ever before. I am very pleased with Mike's advise on the direction I should be going. I recommend highly!

Very unpleasant to deal with. Mike Sprague will be friendly at first but then pass you off to whatever junior advisor is there. And if you have to deal with the " Assistant Dede" she could care less about you, she has a quick comment for everything. If you call to make a trade or transfer, she will immediately begin to belittle you and question your ability to manage your banking accounts.  She screamed at me on the phone when I began to question where my money had moved to. And when I say screamed.... Like as if I was a two-year-old, about to run into traffic or touch a hot stove. type of scream.  ****Beware, these people are rude, disrespectful and good luck with them doing anything in a timely matter.    Go to First Command or a local firm. This place is like cancer!

If you dont meet Mr. Spragues & his partner Dee-Dees level of wealth & are actively putting acceptable amounts of money into your account, Mr. Sprague & his partner / office assistant Dee-Dee will neither have the time nor inclination to help you. If Dee-Dee has to help you, its always an act of an imposition. Then youll be passed off to the new advisor in the office, that they are passing non-lucrative clients too. The ones Mike doesnt have the time to deal with, because my account wasnt worth his time (due to its current status). Dee-Dee the person that greets everyone, CAN be personable, should she choose to be. If she doesnt - look out her tongue cuts like a razor & she doesnt care that youre a client. Call with a problem & get a snide comment like: Well, lets see if we can dig you out of this mess youve gotten yourself into unwarranted & unnecessary comments. Mikes short sightedness as an advisor, to look past the current status of an account & failure to notify the account was being passed to a new person, not only cost his office a future million dollar account, but has garnered he & Dee-Dee lots of word of mouth bad press & its not going to stop anytime soon. Check other Edward Jones offices before you use this one. The partners are the shadiest of the shadiest. Customer beware!

I have known Mr. Sprague for more years than I can count. In addition, I have been working with this office for a number of years. I can, without hesitation, state that he and his staff are of the highest quality, most honest and helpful of any brokerage I have worked with in the past. I am very thankful and appreciative of the efforts that they have put forward in helping to manage my investments.
