Denise and Hunter with Blue Anchor Property Management have taken over our rental property for us in Topsail, NC and it's the best decision we could have made! Living so far away it was getting very hard to run the rental on our own, and it gives us such piece of mind knowing we have a wonderful team to help us take care of things. And not only that but they run the home like it's their own. They take pride in what they do and we are not just a number or another house to them. They know how to cross all their T's and dot all their I's and make sure to take the best care of guests!! We are grateful for them!

Land N Sea Sensation is a perfect location and extremely clean! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed! The sound and ocean were in clear view! Well lit stairs lighting and great gated decks (screened-in on one level and open on top level)! The outdoor shower was impressive! Coffee shop with bagels and donuts in walking distance! However, coffee and condiments were provided along with an excellent coffee pot! High end dishes and flatware with ample seating! Great place to enjoy family and friends! We will definitely book again! Best beach house we have stayed at!

Great rental property! Perfect location! Short walk to beach access, quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rental and all the little extras that were provided. Management company reached out during our stay to make sure we had all that we needed. Will definitely rent again! Thank you Blue Anchor.
